Soccer Finals

The CYO Soccer Championships were held on November 2 at St. Michael the Archangel school. The Irish of St. Patricks' held on to win both divisions in a couple of hard fought games.

In the 5/6th Grade Final that pitted #1 seed St. Pat's against #6 seeded St. Thomas More saw St. Thomas More score late in the first half to tie the game 3-3 at the half. The Irish were able to shutout the Eagles in the second half and secure a 6-3 win and the championship. Both teams played a hard, intense game that was decided late. Congratulations to both teams on an entertaining and competitive game.

The 7/8th Grade Final was an intense game that saw #1 seed St. Patricks' against the #2 seed St. Michaels. The Irish held on for a 2-1 win, same score as in the regular season, and the championship. Both teams played an exceptional game. Congratulations to both teams.
