Good afternoon all!!
Track season is here. Please submit rosters by the end of day today so we can finish loading all the participants into the program.
Track line up sheets are due for the Qualifier on May 5th no later then Wednesday, May 1st. Remember, each participant can only do one field event, one running event, and one relay.
May 8th will be the 5/6th meet. The meet will start at 5:00 with the coaches meeting at 4:30.
May 11th will be the Diocesan finals. The meet will start at 10:00 with the coaches meeting at 9:30.
May 18th is a rain date just in case mother nature doesn't cooperate.
The Qualifier will start at 12:00 p.m. The coaches meeting will be in the press box at 11:30. This is just a SCRATCH meeting. There will be no adding or changing events for your participants.
Please send in your coaches email addresses and phone numbers. We need them to communicate any issues or updates to the events.
We need 3 volunteers from each school for each meet to make these meets successful. Please make sure you have your volunteers listed on your line up sheets.
